AI application
pentest.

Can your models, agents or RAG be tricked into leaking data or using tools they should not? We attack your LLM features and agents the way a real adversary would, and show you every path with the steps to reproduce it.

When to test

Before the moment it would hurt.

  1. 01

Before an AI feature reaches customers

The cheapest moment to find an injection path is before anyone outside your team can try it.

  2. 02

When your agent gets new tools or data

Every new tool, permission or source changes what a single prompt can reach.

  3. 03

When a customer asks how you test your AI

A security review or questionnaire needs evidence, not a policy document.

  4. 04

After an incident or a near miss

An output that should not have happened is usually one path among several.

What we attack

Six ways an AI app breaks. We test all of them.

01

Prompt injection

Instructions hidden in what the model reads: user input, documents, web pages, emails.

  • OWASP LLM01
02

Data and prompt leakage

What the model can be made to reveal: other users' data, secrets, its own instructions.

  • OWASP LLM02 · LLM07
03

Tool and permission abuse

Agents that call tools they should not, with more access than the task needs.

  • OWASP LLM06
04

RAG and memory poisoning

Content planted in your knowledge base or memory that steers later answers.

  • OWASP LLM04 · LLM08
05

Unsafe output handling

Model output that reaches your product unchecked: scripts, queries, commands, links.

  • OWASP LLM05
06

MCP and integrations

Servers, plugins and third-party APIs your agent trusts by default.

  • OWASP LLM03 · LLM06
The package

One app, two weeks, a price up front.

FromUS$5,000

A fixed price, in writing, before we start.

We need from you: a staging app or agent, its tool list and one technical contact.

  1. 01

    One AI application or agent

An LLM feature, a RAG assistant or an agent, with up to 5 tools, integrations or MCP servers.

  2. 02

    Two weeks of testing

All six attack surfaces, on staging and an agreed, authorized scope.

  3. 03

    Report and live walkthrough

Reproducible evidence for every finding, mapped to OWASP LLM, Agentic Top 10 and MITRE ATLAS, with an executive summary for leadership.

  4. 04

    Test cases for your pipelines

An engineering solution for your delivery process, with the tests we ran, automated.

  5. 05

    Review within 60 days

We test your fixes. A finding closes only when it holds.

How we work

Evidence, not opinions.

  1. 01

    Understand

Architecture, data flows and trust boundaries, written so your whole team can follow, not only security.

You getA map of the system as it is really used.

  2. 02

    Test

A request anyone on your team can repeat. If it cannot be reproduced, it is not a finding.

You getReproducible evidence for every finding.

  3. 03

    Decide

Findings sorted by impact and effort. Every finding ends in a decision, not in a PDF.

You getWhat to move first, and why.

  4. 04

    Verify

We check every fix. A finding closes only when it is fixed.

You getA review report and controls for the next cycle.

Rules of engagement

Written scope first

Nothing is tested outside what we agreed, and every change is agreed again.

Systems, never people

No one is named in a finding. Team issues are talked through before they circulate.

Your data stays yours

Client data never goes into external AI tools without a signed agreement.

A person signs each finding

AI helps us work, but it never writes a finding or sets a severity.

What a finding looks like

Reproduced, ranked and reviewed.

Every finding shows the input, what the system did and what it cost, so anyone on your team can repeat it. It closes only when the fix holds on review.

Example based on a common pattern, not a client.

Questions

Before you book a call.

Do you need access to production?

No. We test on staging or a dedicated environment, with test accounts. If something only exists in production, we agree how and when in writing first.

Our app runs on OpenAI, Anthropic or another hosted model. Can you test it?

Yes. We test your application: the prompts, retrieval, tools and how outputs are used in your product. Not the provider’s model itself.

What happens to our data?

Client data never goes into external AI tools without a signed agreement. Test data and evidence are kept only as long as the engagement and review need them.

Our system is bigger than the package.

We scope it on the call and send a fixed quote in writing before any work begins. Nothing is billed by the hour.

Is this a compliance audit?

No, it is an adversarial test. The report maps every finding to OWASP, MITRE ATLAS and NIST AI RMF, so it can feed into ISO 42001, SOC 2 or a customer’s security review.

What happens next

  1. 01

You tell us what you are building

Four short questions, or a plain email. No deck needed.

  2. 02

A person reads it and replies

With an honest first view and the questions we need answered to scope it.

  3. 03

Live or async, as you prefer. We agree on what is in scope and you get the fixed price in writing before any work begins.
